All visitors must register for exhibitions in advance
Registration requires: Full Name, Email, Phone Number
You will receive a QR access code via SMS and email
Registration is free of charge unless otherwise specified
All persons must be registered to enter the exhibition space
All bags will be checked for security reasons
QR codes must be presented upon arrival
We reserve the right to refuse entry for security or capacity reasons
Specific information about the current exhibition — including title, dates, opening hours, and visiting program — is communicated on the dedicated page of each exhibition and in the related communication materials. Exhibition content, schedule, and opening hours may change without notice.
Respectful behavior toward artworks, staff, and other visitors
No touching of artworks unless explicitly permitted
Photography may be restricted in certain areas
Children must be supervised at all times
Follow all posted signs and staff instructions
Damaging or interfering with artworks
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
Commercial photography without permission
Bringing prohibited items (weapons, large bags, food/drink)
Smoking or vaping anywhere on premises
All exhibited artworks remain the property of their respective owners — including artists, estates, private collectors, public collections, museums, and galleries who lend works for each exhibition. The full list of lenders and collaborators specific to each exhibition is communicated in the materials and credits accompanying that exhibition. Reproduction rights are controlled by the individual rights holders.
Artwill owns rights to our original content, branding, and website materials
Users may not reproduce our content without written permission
Educational use may be permitted with proper attribution
Artwill collaborates with a range of institutional partners, sponsors, museum and gallery partners, and cultural collaborators. These partnerships may vary from one exhibition to another. The specific list of partners and supporters for each exhibition is communicated in the dedicated communication materials and credits of that exhibition.
Artwill is not liable for personal injury or property damage on premises
Visitors attend events at their own risk
We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items
Exhibition content and scheduling may change without notice
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
By registering for our exhibitions or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
